Emerging from the fertile creative underbrush of Denver in late 2022, Gothic Sasquatch is the musical alter ego of Brandon Wallis, a Nashville-based composer, producer, and former tubist whose artistic journey is as adventurous as the sound he heralds. From classical brass to jazz busking and New Orleans raves, his path mirrors the restless curiosity of artists like Bowie, whose art was equally rooted in transformation and defiance.
In musical metamorphoses, Brandon’s Gothic Sasquatch project traverses the margins of genre. He blends darkwave, experimental bass, and ambient textures into immersive soundscapes where drums, brass, strings, and lo-fi vocals collide. The result is a dreamlike, emotional journey that glides between ambient introspection and rhythmic propulsion.

His backstory is rooted in classical training, shaped by global military service, and honed through a DJ residency in college radio. Much like Bowie’s global travels and rich pastiche of identity, Brandon channels these experiences into compositions that feel worldly, introspective, and phenomenally personal.
Already sporting a growing catalog of over 30 tracks, and bolstered by enthusiastic listeners worldwide, Gothic Sasquatch stands poised for greater resonance.
